Who we are
Roofing Pipeline Pro is a marketing agency based in Seattle, Washington. We build websites, run advertising, and provide local search services for roofing and home service contractors. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website only, not to any site we build and operate for a client.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, company name, your market or service area, and anything you write in a message field. On the Pipeline Score check we also collect your answers to the six questions.
We collect a small amount of information automatically as well. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site or ad that sent you here. This comes from standard web server logs and from analytics and advertising tags described below.
We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, government identification numbers, health information, or any other sensitive category of personal data. Please do not send it to us.
How we use it
We use what you give us to reply to you, to prepare a proposal, to run the engagement if you become a client, and to follow up about it. We use the automatic information to understand which pages and which ads are working, to fix problems, and to keep the site secure.
If you opt in to a download or a newsletter, we use your email to send it and to send occasional follow-up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and we honor it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your contact details with other contractors, lead brokers, or list buyers. If you fill out a form here, your information does not become somebody else’s lead.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others measure traffic and ad performance.
We run the Meta pixel and Google advertising and analytics tags. These set cookies that let us measure whether an ad produced a visit or an enquiry, and let us show ads to people who have visited before. They also allow Meta and Google to collect information subject to their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of personalized Google ads through Google Ads Settings and manage Meta ad preferences in your Meta account. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this site.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who make the business run, and only as far as they need it. That includes our website host, our form and email delivery providers, our customer records system, and the advertising and analytics platforms named above. Each of them is bound to handle the information for us and not for their own purposes.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to two years so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and for seven years afterward, which is what tax and accounting rules require. Marketing email lists are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs and analytics records roll off on the platforms’ own schedules, typically within twenty-six months.
Your choices and your rights
Email info@roofingpipelinepro.com at any time and we will do any of the following: send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your information, or stop contacting you. We will not charge you for it and we will not make you explain why.
Depending on where you live you may have specific statutory rights, including under the Washington My Health My Data Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We extend the same access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights to everyone who asks, regardless of where they live.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to our records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that it is. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least thirty days.
